Fiverr provides 24x7 customer support services to assist you with account issues, orders and any type of problem with the site. Our team of moderators constantly monitor and clean Fiverr, removing poor quality and improper content, spammers and other wrong doers.

Poor quality sellers hurt the community and first and foremost other great sellers. That said, if you are a seller and your account has been restricted, you will be able to withdraw your cleared earnings.

Order was only 1/2 fulfilled (5 out of 10 articles). Despite repeated delay and claims by seller that she would follow through and complete the rest, nothing has happened. Fiverr will not help either. Still awaiting 5 articles or $25 refund.

Although I have given this Gig a positive rating I would advise buyers that Barbshome can be rather condescending in her manner.The article I received was well written but not actually what was requested. When I politely explained where I thought the miscommunication occured, I received a rude reply

Complete waste of money - took 12 Days to deliver and the end result did not make sense with bad grammar - p.s. 1.5kW Solar systems cost $2,000 in Australia - not "10 to 20 Thousand" - you were only slightly out... :-/

Sorry you did not like the result. My gigs are 12 days and you ordered even though you were aware. Using three different sources and thats the information I got. Not being from Australia I wouldnt know.

These articles are OK I guess for building links but are definitely not good enough for my sites which is what I was hoping to get.
