Fiverr provides 24x7 customer support services to assist you with account issues, orders and any type of problem with the site. Our team of moderators constantly monitor and clean Fiverr, removing poor quality and improper content, spammers and other wrong doers.

Poor quality sellers hurt the community and first and foremost other great sellers. That said, if you are a seller and your account has been restricted, you will be able to withdraw your cleared earnings.

I hope fiverr doesn't give Christoph a low rating because he was apparently late. It took me a week to get the template to him, and he got it done extra fast once he got it. I am going to go tip him now.

Chrisma does a great job and communicates well. I had questions about his gig and he got back to me right away. After the gig was complete (on schedule, btw) he helped me through some technical issues I was having with it (to no fault of his but my own. I Didn't read the instructions).

Do I extract the files? When I double click, it just says Open. When I hit open, I see a bunch of sentences. And at the top it says done.
