All I need is your high res photo which I'll use to crop and insert you into the creative facebook cover. Note that this for a personal profile timeline cover where the difference is in the profile pic being slightly higher hence it's not suitable for a business fanpage. But for an additional $5, I can adjust it so that it fits on a business page. Same goes for any request to change any element in the cover like text(even the URL on fridge) or objects. If there's a certain look that you saw else and would like it similar, pls let me have the reference image. But I can tell you this, although they look very fancy, they most probably won't scan that well and no customer is going to keep pointing their mobile on your code and wait for it to scan.
