Poor quality sellers hurt the community and first and foremost other great sellers. That said, if you are a seller and your account has been restricted, you will be able to withdraw your cleared earnings.

I am still not very impressed with the logo you made me! I also don't have the original files I am supposed to get but Fiverr has marked this order as complete. If you want to try again to make a logo I like I will be happy to change my review but right now I am not satisfied with the work.
