I will configure Nginx with php, mysql, phpmyadmin, if is need and with: ioncube, virtual host, rewrite rule, gzip, with expire header for static content, https and SPDY, full optimized for very high performance on vps or dedicated server. In the past I have configured a web-site with over 200,000 unique visitors per day. Installation is very professional, very secure and very low resource consumation. As a limitation, I can do this only with debian linux I am not very familiar with other distribution bugs.
