I will create a custom css, xhtml, PHP template for your website

I will create an HTML/CSS/PHP  webpage template. The design structure will stay intact while you add/edit your content.

If you choose to include the source code, deliverables will include:

1. Template containing PHP source code, a total of 3 files.
2. The index.php (main landing page) file (where you will have your content), 
3. The template.class.php file (will contain the HTML elements),
4. and finally the CSS file (will contain style formatting for HTML elements).

If you choose not to include source code, deliverables will include:

1. The CSS file and HTML landing page only.
