I learned to read playing cards when I was 13, from a dear, sweet babushka, trained in the old Romany ways, and have been telling fortunes (mostly as a party game) for over 20 years. My predictions are usually fairly accurate (85-90%), however, the predictions are done FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES only.
