Great stuff! Simple, easy to understand, and readily implementable. There are some costs associated with a few of the methods - but it looks like there probably just isn't a solid way around those costs and they aren't horrible either. Oh - and a bonus ebook too! Thanks!

Pretty generic information. Nothing "special", "secret", or "black hat" in this guide. It's only 5 pages of "content." Just another random eBook someone put together to make a fast buck but doesn't really present any new information. It is all common-sense.
