My belief is that 97% of coaching is not truly effective as in its all about goal setting and how you can accomplish goals, become a better version of ourselves etc. However how do you know you are not climbing up the wrong wall. The main concern is that you may be going after goals, achieving success, money, fame, lovers, etc. But after years you can still feel unfulfilled.
