It was great to work with this freelancer. He delivered a great project with minimal direction and his choice of score, his audio editing, all great. He didn't require oversight and management or coaching or direction at all. That being said, he didn't go rogue either. Very pleased.

This was a challenging project as the footage was less than desirable (dark) and the added difficulty was that the video content was not synced to any audio track when it was recorded so it had to be linked visually with a master audio track. I was quite picky in some fairly minor details but Ilia worked...
