About me
I build websites and systems that sell. Most of my work falls into three areas:
- Author websites: book launch pages, reader magnet signups and full author sites on WordPress, Squarespace and Wix.
- BigCommerce: store design, Stencil theme customization, and migrations from Shopify or WooCommerce using my own migration tool.
- HubSpot: CRM setup, workflows and email automation (HubSpot Developer and Marketing certified).
I also create BookTok trailers and promo videos for authors. 5+ years in, clean handoffs, no loose ends.

I run raflab, an independent HubSpot-certified CRM and RevOps consultancy listed on the HubSpot Ecosystem Marketplace. I help B2B companies implement and optimize their CRM, automate marketing and sales processes, and migrate cleanly between platforms. Core work includes HubSpot implementation and onboarding, marketing automation and workflow architecture, CRM migrations (including HubSpot ↔ Salesforce), API integrations, and data mapping for complex sandbox builds.
