The project delivered a major increase in traffic to my new release on Soundcloud as promised, and well within the agreed-upon delivery interval. She kept me well-informed on progress and was very responsive to my questions, despite the extreme time zone difference between us.

What I asked for was promotion to the general public via YouTube, Spotify and Apple. What I gort instead was only promotion from within SoundCloud. This was a complete waste of money, and I demand a complete refund.
