How can I ship my item to you?
If you are a reputable buyer, I can give my address out for you to send the product. If you are a new buyer, you must place an order for me to release shipping address which is in Santa Barbara, California.
I need a longer video. Can you do this?
Yes! Often, I give free upgrades in length of time. It depends on your needs.
Can you return the product that you use?
YES! Prepaid shipping label must be provided to me. Gig extra must be ordered at $40 fee which covers time away from other clients and travel expense.
WHEN WILL MY PRODUCT VIDEO BE COMPLETE?
Videos are complete in 10 days depending on project complexity and e-mailed after completion. Review your new product video (which contains a studio watermark) and request changes. Once satisfied with the changes, you will receive a watermark-free professional product video. 1st revision is free!
I have a great video concept! Can you make a similar video?
You can send us a script or scenario that you have and we will do our best to envision it and make your concept a reality. If you have a specific style in mind, please link our studio to a reference video for evaluation. We will advise you if we can deliver a similar (not duplicated) video.
