I am a certified trainer with my own business and lots of experience coaching people in fitness and nutrition. Before opening my own business earlier this year, I interned/worked for 6 different gyms and fitness facilities in LA, Seattle, and Portland, ME. I'll send you a meal plan (including a shopping list and tips for what to order when eating out) and a simple workout plan. The meal plan will be simple: you'll eat fruit, veggies, meat, beans, and nuts, and on one day a week you get to eat whatever you want. I'll simply provide meals to use and a shopping list from which you can create many different meals according to your taste. This just makes it wasy when you go to the grocery store - if it's not on the shopping list, don't buy it. The workout plan will include mostly functional movements, with a simply explanation on how to correctly preform them, as well as tips on how to create your own workouts.
