Let's face it -- bread available in the supermarket is pretty bad. It's loaded with ingredients you wouldn't use yourself, and lasts suspiciously long before going bad. If you've got a bread machine gathering dust on your pantry shelf (I did), and don't mind spending15 min. for prep and several hrs waiting for yeast to work its magic, then I have a recipe that works. The machine will knead the dough for you, the rest is up to you.
