Send me your spreadsheet (Excel, CSV or a Google Sheets export) and tell me which label sheet, badge or certificate size you print on. I merge every row into a print-ready PDF that lines up with your stock.
What you receive:
- A print-ready PDF at actual size, matched to the label sheet, badge or certificate size you name
- A one-page proof before the full run, to check fonts, layout and line breaks
- A test page with outlines to hold against your sheet before you print on labels
- Your spreadsheet back, cleaned (CSV or XLSX), if any rows needed fixing
Label sheets I set up: Avery 5160/8160, 5161, 5162, 5163, 5164, 5167, A4 L7160, L7162, L7163, name badges 5392 (4 x 3 in), business cards 8371, postcards 8387, and one letter or certificate per page on Letter or A4.
Empty fields are left out, so an address without a second line leaves no gap. Your logo can go on every label or badge.
Good for mailing and return address labels, event name badges, membership cards and course or award certificates.
Your data is used only for your order and deleted once the order is complete.

Which label sheets can you do?
Avery 5160/8160, 5161, 5162, 5163, 5164, 5167, A4 L7160, L7162, L7163, 5392 name badges, 8371 business cards, 8387 postcards, and one letter or certificate per page. Using another sheet? Message me its number before ordering.
How do I print so the labels line up?
Print the PDF at 100% (actual size), not fit to page. Print the outline test page on plain paper first and hold it against your label sheet.
Can I add a logo or choose the font?
Yes. Attach your logo (PNG or JPG) with the order and tell me the font style, size and which line should be bold. The proof page shows it before the full run.
