what the audit covers: homepage; product pages, prices and compare-at math; cart and the checkout path; shipping, refund and priacy pages; mobile experience; and a claims-vs-relity sweep - wherever your store promises something it doesn't deliver (shipping times, only x left, % off banneers) is flagged.
basic: written audit report, scored checklist, top-10 fix list (or all findings, if fewer). standard: audit + i implement the top fixes (up to 10) and clean 5 product pages. premium: up to 20 fixes across the audited scope, 15 product pages cleaned, re-check report, 14-day follow-up.

Will this audit get me more sales?
Honest answer: no one can guarantee sales - and I won't pretend to. An audit finds what's discouraging buyers (wrong prices, claims that don't match reality, broken codes), and in Standard/Premium I fix the top issues and verify them. Sales also depend on your traffic and products.
Do you just send a report, or do you actually fix things?
Both options exist. Basic is the report only, with a prioritized fix list you (or anyone) can work from. Standard and Premium include me implementing the fixes inside your store and verifying them from the customer view.
What access do you need?
For the audit report, just your public store link. For Standard/Premium fixes, add me as a staff/collaborator on your Shopify store - I never ask for your password, and you can remove my access the moment the order is done.
My store is new and gets almost no traffic. Is an audit still useful?
Yes for readiness - the audit confirms your store is correct and trustworthy before you spend on traffic. But if traffic itself is the problem, I'll tell you that honestly in the report instead of pretending store fixes alone will solve it.
What kinds of stores is this for?
Any existing Shopify store, with a special focus on dropshipping stores (that's what I build myself) - a clean, consistent store is easier to trust and buy from. Need a store built from scratch? See my other gig.
Can you fix custom theme code or build new features?
The fix packages cover settings, content, pages, product listings, policies, prices, discount codes and app settings. Deep custom code or new feature development isn't included - if the audit finds a code-level issue, I'll document it clearly and can quote it separately.
