Which PLC brands and software do you support?
My main platform is Xinje XP series (XCPPro software). Ladder logic follows IEC 61131-3, so I can also work with similar compact PLCs. For Siemens platforms I hold a Siemens Engineer Certificate — message me first to confirm your model.
Can you test the program on my real machine?
Yes — remote commissioning is my specialty. We connect via TeamViewer or AnyDesk with a video call: you operate the machine on site, I watch the logic online and adjust it in real time. On-site (travel) service is not offered.
What information do you need to start?
A description of your machine or work sequence, the I/O list (or photos of your electrical diagram), your PLC model, and for HMI work a photo of your text panel. The more details you give, the faster the delivery.
I have an existing program with a bug. Can you fix it?
Yes. Send me the program file and describe the symptoms: what happens now vs. what should happen. Small fixes fit the Basic package; larger rework fits Standard or a custom offer.
Do I get the source code and documentation?
Yes. Every package includes clean, commented source code, an I/O list and operation notes. You own the delivered files, and your project stays fully confidential.
What if something doesn't work after delivery?
Each package includes revisions for adjustments. Small fixes after delivery are covered; Premium includes 30 days of after-support. Scope changes (new functions, new I/O) are quoted separately as a custom offer.
