This gig is for agencies and small businesses that already know where work is slowing down, being repeated, or getting lost and want one clearly defined workflow designed and implemented.
I start with the process first: what triggers the work, what information is needed, which systems are involved, what AI or automation should handle, and where a person should stay in control.
Depending on your package, your workflow may include AI processing, API or system integrations, structured context, business rules, human review, exception handling, testing, documentation, and team handoff.
Each package covers one bounded business workflow. Additional workflows, major migrations, custom applications, or materially expanded integrations require separate scope.

What counts as one workflow?
One workflow is one defined business process with a clear trigger, inputs, steps, systems, and outcome, such as lead intake through follow-up preparation.
Can you connect the tools I already use?
Usually, yes. I prefer improving and connecting existing systems when practical. I’ll confirm API access, permissions, and technical feasibility before implementation.
Does this include unlimited integrations?
No. Integration depth depends on the package. Additional systems, workflow branches, or materially expanded functionality require additional scope.
Will the AI act without human approval?
Only where you explicitly want that. Sensitive actions, ambiguous cases, and customer-facing communication can remain human-controlled.
Can you build more than one workflow?
This gig covers one bounded workflow. Additional workflows should be handled through a separate order or custom offer.
Do you need access to my production systems right away?
No. We can begin with screenshots, process documentation, sample data, and sandbox/test access before determining what production access is actually needed.
What if I am not sure which package fits?
Message me first. I can review the workflow, systems involved, desired outcome, and complexity and recommend the right package before you order.
Does the Premium package include multiple workflows?
No. Premium covers one deeper multi-system workflow with more integrations, controls, validation, and handoff - not several unrelated automations.
Can you work with sensitive or private data?
We should minimize sensitive data whenever possible. Test or synthetic data is preferred during development, with access limited to what is necessary for implementation.
