What do you need from me to get started?
Please provide: - Type of map (Venue, Arena etc.) - Purpose of the map (Navigation, technical planning, etc.) - Location - Reference material (site plan, sketch, blueprint, or images) - Key features to include (entrances, exits, zones, pathways, etc.) Draft will be presentet followed by revisions.
Can I send a hand-drawn sketch?
Absolutely. Even a simple sketch or rough plan is enough — I’ll turn it into a clean, professional map.
Can you follow my brand style guide?
Yes. If you have fonts, colors, or logos, I’ll integrate them into the map design for a consistent look.
What counts as a revision?
Revisions include adjustments to zones, icons, labels, descriptions, and minor layout changes based on the approved draft. Major changes or complete redesigns not included in the original brief may require an additional order.
How many revisions are included?
All packages (Basic, Standard, Premium) include unlimited revisions. This means you can request as many small adjustments as needed until you’re satisfied. Larger changes outside the agreed scope may require an extra order.
Can you offer changes that don't count as revisions?
If you need major changes outside the original scope, I’ll be happy to provide a custom offer.
Are commercial rights included?
Yes. All maps come with full commercial rights by default. You can use them freely for print, digital, marketing, or any professional purpose without extra fees.
What formats will I receive?
All maps are delivered in PDF & PNG (high resolution). Source files (AI/SVG) are available as an extra
Can I use the map for print and digital?
Yes, all maps are designed to work for both print and digital use.
Do you offer video consultation?
Yes. As an extra, I provide a 1–2 hour video call to discuss your event or venue in detail, giving you tailored advice before I start the design.
