Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You do not need to understand coding, APIs or AI systems. If you can explain how your business works, where your team spends time and what problems you are facing, that is enough. I translate the technical side into clear business terms.
What AI tools do you work with?
I work with major AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot, as well as automation tools like Zapier, Make and n8n. I am not tied to one platform, so the recommendation is based on what fits your business best.
Do you only provide advice, or can you help with implementation too?
Both. The first step is usually identifying the right opportunities and creating a practical roadmap. If you want help implementing those solutions, we can continue with automation, workflow setup or a custom implementation project.
We already use ChatGPT. Would this still be useful?
Yes. Using ChatGPT for writing or asking questions is only a small part of what AI can do for a business. The bigger opportunities usually come from connecting AI to actual workflows, repetitive tasks, reporting, customer support, internal knowledge and business processes.
Will you recommend AI even if it is not right for my business?
No. If AI does not make sense for a certain process, I will tell you. The goal is not to force AI into everything. It is to identify where it can genuinely save time, reduce cost or improve how your business operates.
Is my business information confidential?
Yes. The information you share is treated as confidential and used only to understand your business and complete the project. I can also work with an NDA if your company requires one.
How do the consultation calls work?
We meet through Fiverr's video call system. During the call, we discuss your business, current workflows, challenges and goals. After the consultation, you receive clear recommendations and next steps based on what we discussed.
