Do I need to contact you before placing an Order?
Every company, product, or business case is unique so I always advise my clients to contact me before placing an order to see what they should expect from me.
Can you provide a sample of your work?
I don't share samples of my work as I usually have NDAs. But, to give you a better understanding of what you should expect from me so Yes, I can share samples of those I already have hands-on approval from my clients.
What should I do if my requirement is unique or beyond the description?
If your required work falls beyond the project description, make sure to ask me to send you a custom offer.
Will you help me after the project is closed? And how soon will you reply?
You can reach me anytime and expect a prompt response (2 hours max); I'll address your every query before/after placing an order; or even after a year of closing the project. You will always be welcome.
