About this Gig
We are qualified and experienced to provide Accessible EPUB Conversion Services that comply with WCAG 2.2 guidelines. we will be responsible for converting digital content into accessible EPUB formats, ensuring inclusivity for users with disabilities, including those using screen readers and other assistive technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert digital documents (PDF, Word, HTML, XML, InDesign etc.) into accessible EPUB 3 format.
- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2, including proper semantic structuring, alternative text for images, navigable TOCs, and appropriate metadata.
- Conduct thorough accessibility testing, including screen reader compatibility (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, etc.).
- Implement MathML for mathematical content and proper tagging for complex tables.
Optimize EPUB files for e-reader devices while maintaining accessibility standards.
Provide validation reports using EPUBCheck, Ace by DAISY.

Do you format cover?
Yes I can do cover from scratch.
What files will be delivered after job completion?
Good question! For kindle formatting, you will .MOBI files.For print book, you will get a Createspace print ready PDF file.
