No. This service is conceptual architectural design only. It includes ideas, spatial organization, diagrams, sketches and a conceptual 3D model. It does not include technical drawings, construction details, permits or engineering calculations.

Q3. What information do I need to provide to start?
To begin, please provide: Photos of the existing house Basic measurements or an existing floor plan (hand sketches are fine) A brief description of what you want to add or change Reference images or inspirations (optional but helpful) The clearer the information, the better the result.
Q4. Can you adapt the design to my local building codes?
No. This is a conceptual design, not a code-compliant or permit-ready project. Local regulations and construction feasibility must be verified by a licensed professional in your area.
Q5. Will I receive editable files?
Editable files (SketchUp or similar) are not included by default, but they can be added as an extra if you need them.
Q6. Can you design based on a very small or irregular space?
Yes. Many renovations and extensions involve constraints. That is exactly where conceptual design is most valuable.
Q7. Do you work internationally?
Yes. I work with clients worldwide. All communication and deliverables are digital, and I work in English and Spanish.
