Do you only make plans for hockey players?
Not at all. While ice hockey is my main sport, I create programs for athletes across many sports including football, basketball, athletics and rugby. If you are an athlete, I can help.
I train at home with limited equipment. Can you still help?
Yes. Just let me know your equipment in the intake form and I will design around what you have. Home, gym or field, all covered.
How is your plan different from something I find for free online?
Free plans are generic. Mine are built for you, your sport, your schedule, your weaknesses and your goals.
Can I request changes if something does not fit my schedule?
Absolutely. Every package includes revisions. Just message me and we will adjust until it works for you
Do I need prior training experience?
No. Whether you are just starting out or an advanced athlete, I will calibrate the plan to your current level.
