I will teach you how to write a comic book script

While writing a comic book script is similar to screenwriting, it is really a craft unto itself. In addition to understanding things like story structure and dialogue, there are other considerations unique to the medium. Unfortunately, unlike screenwriting, there are very few resources or classes available to help you learn the craft of writing for comics. That's where I come in.

I have been a published comic book writer since 2006, and have written many licensed and original properties, including Marvel Comics' Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Lee Falk's The Phantom. I have also worked as an editor and publisher, and have taught workshops on writing for comics. I will teach you how to write a clear, properly formatted, "artist-ready" script for your comic book that guides your art team in bringing your vision to life!

EACH PACKAGE includes a (minimum) 1 HOUR VIDEO CHAT to cover the basics, everything from writing to publication; a SAMPLE SCRIPT for help with formatting; and my 10 COMMANDMENTS OF WRITING FOR COMICS handout. Other packages include feedback on your script if you've already written your first draft.
