Are my travel expenses and yours included in the package price?
No. The package price only covers my professional service fee for 8 hours. All third-party costs, including transportation (taxis, trains), meals, and entrance tickets for both the client and me during the service, are to be covered by the client.
You are based in Shenzhen, can you travel to other cities?
Yes, I can travel to any city in China. However, for trips outside Shenzhen, the client is responsible for my round-trip high-speed train/flight tickets and a standard hotel accommodation. Please message me to discuss the logistics before booking.
Can you help me set up mobile payments like Alipay or WeChat Pay?
Absolutely! This is included in all packages. I will guide you through the process of binding your international card to Alipay/WeChat and ensure you can pay for taxis and meals independently.
What happens if the service exceeds 8 hours in a day?
The standard service is 8 hours per day. If you need overtime support, an additional hourly fee will apply. We can discuss and agree on this during our initial consultation.
Can you help me find factories or negotiate prices?
