What do I need to send you?

What if you cannot find the problem?
If I need more information I will ask for it. If the photos and videos are not enough to diagnose it, I will tell you honestly what a technician should check on site.
Is it safe to do the repair myself?
I will tell you which steps are safe for you and when you need a licensed technician, especially for electrical, gas, and refrigerant work.
