Yes. I can standardize common fields like dates, phone numbers, emails, names, currency, categories, and text formatting.
Can you create charts?
Yes. Charts are included in the Standard and Premium packages.
Can you create a PDF report?
Yes. The Premium package includes a PDF summary report. It can also be added to smaller packages as an extra.
Can you work with very large files?
Yes, but please message me first if the file has more than 5,000 rows, many sheets, formulas, or complex cleanup rules.
Can you clean sensitive or private data?
Please remove or anonymize private information before sending whenever possible. I only use the file for your order and do not include unnecessary private data in reports.
Can you automate this for future files?
Yes. If you regularly receive the same type of file, I can discuss a custom automation or recurring report setup.
Do you use AI tools?
I may use AI-assisted tools to help summarize patterns or draft report language, but the file cleanup and final deliverables are reviewed before delivery.
What counts as a revision?
A revision includes reasonable changes to formatting, charts, report wording, or cleanup rules based on the original request. A new dataset or completely new scope may require a new order or custom offer.
