I'm a mechanical engineer who specializes in engine and chassis design weldments, tube notching, sheet metal, brackets, subframes, mounts. Every model I build is parametric, interference-checked and designed around your fabrication process. Every drawing has proper GD&T, material callouts, bend allowances & weld symbols your shop actually uses.

WHAT I DO:

• Engine/chassis: Weldments, Tubing, Brackets, Subframes, Roll Cages, Skid Plates.
• DFM: wall thickness, draft, bend radii, weld gaps, fasteners, tooling clearance
• Analysis: interference checks, mass properties, basic FEA, motion envelopes
• Manufacturing drawings: GD&T, hole callouts, cut lists, flat patterns, BOM
• CAD quality: stable assemblies, clear naming, configurations that don't break

No back-and-forth on missing dimensions. No "we can't build this." No rookie mistakes like unchamfered holes, impossible tolerances or parts that bind in assembly.

You get SolidWorks models that don't break when you edit and produce them. That's the difference I make.
