For first 2 packages its not necessary since I can use my own testing wallet for testnet uses. But for mainnet related requests i do need a wallet from your side.
Can you deploy to non-EVM chains (like Solana)?
No, I only work with EVM-compatible chains (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC, Avalanche, etc.).
