I will write clear sops and process documents for your business
About this Gig
Need to turn your process notes into instructions your team can follow? I'll write clear SOPs and business process documents using the information you provide.
Send your existing notes, documents or a written walkthrough. I'll organise the process into a useful structure with its purpose, roles, steps, exceptions and a completion check, where relevant. If something is missing or unclear, I'll flag it for you to confirm.
You'll receive an editable Word file and a PDF. Each package covers the stated number of separate processes, up to its total word limit. One SOP covers one clearly defined process.
This service documents how your business works. Please provide the process details and have the finished instructions checked by the person responsible before using them. Legal, medical, safety and regulated compliance procedures are outside this Gig.
Message me before ordering if your process is complex or you need help defining the scope. Revisions cover changes within the original brief.
Delivery style preference
Please inform the freelancer of any preferences or concerns regarding the use of AI tools in the completion and/or delivery of your order.
FAQ
What do you need from me?
Your process notes or written walkthrough, who does each step, the tools used, common exceptions and the intended reader. Existing templates or approved examples are useful. You do not need to write a polished first draft.
Can you write an SOP without knowing my process?
I can suggest a structure and flag gaps, but you need to supply and confirm the business facts. I will not invent operational rules, responsibilities or approvals.
What does one SOP include?
One clearly defined process, within the package word limit. Depending on the process, it can include purpose, scope, roles, ordered steps, exceptions and a completion check. Supporting policies and separate processes need their own scope.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers wording or structure changes within the original agreed process. A new process, additional research or a major change to the supplied information needs a separate quote.
