I will write product requirements user stories and acceptance criteria
About this Gig
Got a feature idea that is clear in your head but difficult to hand over? I'll turn your brief into organised user stories and acceptance criteria that your team can review.
Send your notes, intended users, business rules and any existing screens. I'll describe what each user needs to do, write testable acceptance criteria and flag gaps or conflicting requirements for you to resolve.
This is practical requirements writing for founders and small product teams. Each package includes the stated number of user stories, acceptance criteria, scope notes and open questions, delivered in editable Word and PDF. Revisions cover changes within the original brief.
The work is based on the information you supply. Your team approves the business rules and confirms technical feasibility. Architecture, code, development estimates, legal compliance and market validation are outside this service.
Message me before ordering if your feature involves complex integrations, regulated decisions or a large existing system.

FAQ
What do I need to send?
Send your feature brief or notes, intended users, the problem you want to solve, known business rules and any relevant screens. Tell me what is in scope and which decisions are still open. Please remove private customer and employer information.
Do you validate the idea or tell developers how to build it?
I clarify the requirements and expected behaviour. Market validation, technical architecture, code and development estimates are not included. Your team confirms feasibility and approves the business rules.
What happens if my brief is missing information?
I flag missing or conflicting details as open questions. Where a working assumption helps explain a story, I label it for your approval rather than treating it as an agreed requirement.
What counts as a revision?
A revision adjusts the wording, scope or criteria within the agreed feature and story allowance. A new feature, changed business model or additional stories needs a separate agreement.
