FAQ
I need to demo the features on my website. Is this the correct Gig?
Yes! This Gig is perfect for SaaS product demos. I can showcase specific features, functions, and workflows from your website using professional screen recordings. I’ll then combine them with clean motion graphics and animations to create a polished, engaging product demo video.
Can I show you a sample or reference video for my project?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to share any sample or reference video you like. It helps me understand your preferred style and direction. However, please keep the production budget in mind. If your reference was created by a high-end creative agency with a $5K–$10K+ budget, I may not be able to replica
I’m in a hurry and need the video delivered quickly. Can you do it?
Yes, I can offer expedited delivery depending on my availability. An additional rush fee may apply because fast delivery requires prioritizing your project and allocating additional resources to meet the shorter deadline.
Can you make my video to my desired length?
Absolutely! I can create your SaaS explainer or product demo video according to your required duration. Simply send me your project details, and I’ll review them and provide you with a Custom Offer based on your requirements.
What if I want to make changes to the script?
You can request script changes before the voice-over is recorded. Once the voice-over has been recorded, any major script changes may require additional charges for re-recording and editing the voice-over.
What is a Source File?
An After Effects source file is the editable project file containing the layers, animations, graphics, and other elements used to create your video. Having the source file allows you to make future edits or revisions to the animation. Source files are available as an additional Gig Extra.
