Do I need an OpenAI account or an API key?
No. The AI is part of the hosting I run, so there is nothing to buy or set up on your side.
Will it make up answers?
No. It answers only from your website and the notes you give me. If something is not there, it says so and takes the customer's details for you.
What does the $25 a month cover?
Hosting, the AI answers, your dashboard and the lead emails. The first month is in your order. After that I send you a monthly offer here on Fiverr, and you can stop any time.
Will it work on my WordPress, Shopify or Wix site?
Yes. It is one line of code that works on any site that allows a script. I can add it for you, or send you the line.
Can I change its answers later?
Yes. In your dashboard you can change your hours and notes, and answer any question it missed. It uses the new answer straight away.
Will it slow my website down?
No. It is one small file that loads after your page is on screen, and nothing runs until a visitor opens the chat.
My website does not list prices or policies. Can you still build it?
Yes. Send them as a note or a voice note and I will write them up for the assistant, for you to approve.
