For every story/novel I work on, I use in-line comments to both express all my impressions and thoughts so you can see the reader's first reaction, and to suggest any corrections and improvements. At the end of the text, you get an extensive report with overall feedback and further comments.
Can I send you a list of questions?
Yes, please do! "How did you like this character?" "Are there enough plot twists?" "Is the pacing near the end too slow?" are some of the most common ones, and I will answer all your questions within the report.
What happens to your work after you receive my feedback?
I will delete the file of your work after you receive your feedback. I will retain the feedback report in case a revision is requested.
Are you native English speaker?
Honesty is the best policy. It is my second language but nevertheless I'm more fluent and confident about my English than my motherlanguage. This is NOT a demerit. It gives you opportunity to know the reactions for international readers of your book and a greater insight about international readers.
