What do you need from me to start the migration?
I’ll usually need WordPress admin access and access to your current and new hosting. Depending on the migration method, I may also need cPanel, FTP/SFTP, or database access.
Will my website go offline during the migration?
Most of the migration will happen seamlessly, but we might see a quick pause in service (just a couple of minutes) during the final DB sync and DNS cutover. I'm going to run it during off-peak hours to minimize any impact,
What if something breaks after the migration?
After the migration, I'll run post-checks and fix any immediate issues with links, SSL, permalinks, missing files, or plugin functionality.
Does the included maintenance cover all website problems?
No — it covers migration-related issues only. BUT Redesigns, content changes, new features, and unrelated WordPress work aren't included. If you're unsure about what is included, ask me before ordering
