Are you available to meet in person ?
Yes. Within the Dallas Fort Worth area and counties south east of Dallas I can meet you in person when you retain me for project management.
Will you build the structure ?
Not personally, but I will provide everything a contractor will need for a smooth build when you get the premium package, or I will supervise in person when you retain me for project management.
Are your designs to code.
Generally yes. However each city and county has their own building codes. When you retain me for Project Management I will address the code requirements and aquiring permits before construction begins. I am familiar with DFW codes and I use the IRC for most designs.
Do you know contractors that can build your designs ?
Yes. I have several contractors I work with in the DFW area that can take care of everything you may need. When you utilize my Project Managment option I will act as liason but you will ultimately be responsible for hiring and payment to contractors.
Are your designs detailed enough for me to build it myself ?
Yes. As long as you have the basic skills needed my premium designs include exact cutsheets and an IKEA style install sheet so that you could build it yourself. You are responsible for all permitting and any additional engineering if they are required.
