About this gig
Every WhatsApp message nobody answers is a booking that goes to someone else. I'll set up an AI receptionist on your business WhatsApp that replies in seconds, day and night, and books into your real calendar.
Built for clinics, dental practices, salons and service businesses.
What it does:
- Answers questions about your services, prices, hours and location
- Qualifies the request (service, timing, location)
- Books into your real availability, with no double-bookings
- Sends confirmations and reminders before each visit
- Follows up on no-shows and quiet enquiries (Premium)
- Asks for a review after a completed visit (Premium)
- Hands sensitive chats to your team with the full conversation
Speaks English and Arabic, switching automatically with the customer's language.
This is a one-time, done-for-you setup: I connect your WhatsApp Business number, train the receptionist on your services and schedule, link your calendar (Google Calendar today), and test it before go-live. Your number stays yours.
Ongoing WhatsApp/Meta and AI usage fees are paid by you directly to those providers. Ongoing maintenance is available as a monthly option.

I'm Hamza, the builder behind Growaify, an AI workforce for modern businesses. I build AI employees that answer WhatsApp and phone calls, book real appointments, follow up on leads, and help AI search recommend you. Every build is done for you: mapped with you, connected to your tools (WhatsApp, email, CRM, calendar), tested on your real cases, and handed off to a human when needed. B.A. in Computer Science. I work in English, Arabic and French.
FAQ
Does it reply in Arabic?
Yes. It handles English and Arabic (Modern Standard plus common Gulf/Levantine phrasing) and switches automatically with the customer's language.
Will it replace my front desk?
No. It handles the repetitive work: answering, qualifying, booking, reminding. Anything sensitive is handed to your team with the full conversation.
Which calendars does it connect to?
Google Calendar out of the box. Other booking systems can usually be connected if they have an API; tell me yours before ordering and I'll confirm.
Are there monthly costs?
The Fiverr price is a one-time setup. WhatsApp Business API (Meta) and AI usage fees are billed to you by those providers. Monthly maintenance is optional.
