Do I need paid Airtable, Softr or Make accounts?
Many projects start on free plans, but features such as user roles, higher record limits and more automation runs may need paid plans. Plan limits change, so I’ll check what your project needs before we start.
Can you build a client portal where customers log in and see only their data?
Yes. Softr connects to Airtable and can show each user only their own records, based on how the data and permissions are set up.
Can you move my Excel or Google Sheets data into Airtable?
Yes. I clean the data, split it into linked tables and import it. Send me a sample and I’ll confirm the scope.
Should I use Airtable automations or Make.com?
Airtable’s built-in automations are good for simple tasks inside your base. Make.com is better when you connect many outside apps or need complex logic. I’ll recommend the cheapest setup that works.
Will I be able to manage it myself afterward?
Yes. Every project includes documentation and a short walkthrough video, and I can add a training call.
