My name is Abbas, and I am a Senior Associate at a Global PE firm. I have over 12 years of experience in PE, and Investment Banking. I have managed all this without going to University! If I can break into this competitive industry with my background (or lack thereof), you can surely do it with yours!
I lead the recruitment process at my firm (and my previous firm) and have had teams of Interns, Analysts, and Senior Analysts work under me in my career. I know what is expected, and how to impress your interviewer. No one on Fiver has the experience I bring here and has done it with no fancy degree.
I have helped dozens of friends and mentees get roles within Asset management/Corporate Finance/M&A(PwC/KPMG/Deloitte/FTI Consulting), and so now I think its time for me to do the same for you. What is your Asset Management experience?
I have worked at a global Private Equity firm in a senior role for the past 5 years. Private Equity roles are typically split into two parts - a) Working on new deals, and b) Working on existing portfolio companies (Asset Management!) I will help you ace your Asset Management interview!
What is your M&A/Corporate Finance experience
Prior to Investment Banking, I worked at one of the Big4 firms for 4.5 years, where I was a member of their Corporate Finance and M&A team. I worked on M&A transactions, Financial Due Diligences, Commercial Due Diligences, Valuation projects, and restructuring projects. You are in good hands! :)
