(1) HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER & QUOTE
You can simply send us your Art Work and Instruction through fiver message. We will take care of it for you.
(2) DO YOU CHARGE FOR EDITS?
The edits means the details OR requirements left to punch are not charged. And the modifications means any change additions & subtractions you request on given artwork will be charge.
(3) WHAT FORMAT OF ARTWORK YOU ACCEPT?
(1) We Accept All format of graphics Like JPEG, PDF CDR, AI, Eps, BMP, Tif, Gif, Pcx, Png, Dxf, Emf, Wmf, Psd, etc. (2) We recommend you to submit high resolution Artwork. Because it’s give best result of digitizing. We always try to give our best for you.
(4) WILL BAD ARTWORK DELAY MY ORDER?
(1) Yes the bad artwork or previous sew out submit for punching, may delay in turnaround time. (2) We might require making Vector before digitizing, the cost of Vector may add in bill.
(5) WHAT EMBROIDERY FORMATS DO YOU PROVIDE?
We provide all commonly used formats mentioned below: 10O, ART, CND, DST, DSB, DSZ, EMB, EXP, TAP, PES, HUS, JEF, JEF+, XXX, VIP, VP3, VP4 (2) If you do not see your file type listed please let us know so that we can make sure that we can output to your specified machine.
(6) HOW LONG YOU TAKE TO DIGITIZE MY LOGO/DESIGN?
We always keen on turnaround time; our 90% orders are delivered within 2 to 8 hours. Any complex design, we update you through email or message, if any delay expected to deliver your file.
(7) HOW CAN I GET THE FILES OF MY LOGOS/DESIGNS?
(1) We did not have any complicated process; we send the files on your email Id. (2) If you require files on any new email ID, please prove your identity to get your files.
(8) WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE LOGO/DESIGN DIGITIZED?
We make every effort to make sure that you are satisfied with your order. We will do everything possible to ensure that your orders are done with the highest quality. Contact us if you are not satisfied with the design we digitized, we will make it correct as per your request right away.
(9) HOW MUCH YOU CHARGE FOR DIGITIZING?
(1) We charge $10 to $15 for any Chest & Cap Logo under 5 inch & Large Jacket Back Design or Logo start from $30 to $40 (2) There will be no prices per stitch count. (3) We can ask the extra amount for any Complex Design/Logo.
(10) DO YOU ACCEPT REFUNDS OR CANCELLATION??
Due to the nature of the items, we don’t accept any kind of refunds or cancellation, however you can contact us if you have any issue in your orders.
