FAQ
What data/files do I need to provide?
Just export your raw reports as CSV or Excel (.xlsx) files from Shopify (Orders, Sales, Customers) or Amazon Seller Central (Date Range Reports, Advertising Reports, FBA Inventory). You never need to give me login access to your store accounts.
Do I need to give you access to my Shopify/Amazon account?
No, account access isn't needed. Just export your reports (orders, sales, inventory, etc.) and send me the files — that's all I need to get started.
What if my raw data exports are messy or extremely large?
That is completely fine. Data cleaning and formatting are included in all packages. I use tools like Excel Power Query to automatically process messy or massive raw files without crashing your spreadsheet.
Can you combine data from both Shopify and Amazon?
Yes, this is included in the Standard and Premium packages. I can merge and compare performance across both platforms in one report.
