What do I need to provide?
Please send the venue address, key locations you want included, any wording, preferred size, wedding colours/style references and any existing stationery if you have it.
Can you match my wedding stationery?
Yes. If you already have invitations, colours, fonts or a general style, I can design the map to feel consistent with them.
How many locations can I include?
It depends on the package. Basic includes a few key locations, Standard includes more landmarks, and Premium is best for a more detailed map with extra personal touches.
Can this be used for invitations or welcome signs?
Yes. I can set the map up for invitations, guest information sheets, welcome signs or keepsakes. Please let me know the size you need before I start.
Will the map be geographically accurate?
The map will be designed to be clear and useful, but it will be illustrative rather than a fully accurate road map. The focus is on helping guests understand the main locations and route.
Can you include personal details?
Yes. Premium is best for this. I can include meaningful places, small icons, decorative details or little touches that make the map feel more personal.
Can you draw the venue?
Yes, I can include a simple illustrated version of the venue or key landmarks. Very detailed building illustrations may need a custom quote.
Do you provide print-ready files?
Yes. I can supply a print-ready PDF, plus a JPG or PNG if needed.
