About this Gig
You've got the tropes, the tension, and the spice, but you need to know: will readers obsess over this novel and beg for a sequel? That is where I come in.
I am Rokibat, a structural analyst and obsessive reader of viral romance. I provide professional, market-focused beta reading for your spicy romance, romcom, or romantasy novel. I evaluate your manuscript through the lens of a BookTok audience, ensuring your tropes hit hard, the chemistry sizzles, and the pacing keeps readers bingeing until 3 AM.
My detailed critique focuses on:
- Trope execution and reader satisfaction
- Pacing, narrative tension, and binge-ability
- Character chemistry and the "swoon" factor
- Balance of plot, emotional arcs, and spice
- Identifying "quotable" moments and viral hooks
Subgenres I specialize in:
- Spicy Contemporary Romance & Rom-Coms
- Romantasy & Fantasy Romance
- Sports Romance & Small Town Romance
- High-Heat Tropes (Enemies to Lovers, Fake Dating, Grumpy/Sunshine)

FAQ
Do you understand current BookTok romance trends and tropes?
Absolutely! I am highly familiar with current viral trends, popular tropes (like grumpy/sunshine, "who did this to you", one bed), and the specific pacing and emotional beats that BookTok readers crave.
Will you tell me if my "spice" feels forced or out of character?
Yes! A major part of my feedback is evaluating character chemistry. I will let you know if the intimate scenes feel earned, natural, and true to the characters, or if they disrupt the narrative flow.
Can you help me market the book on BookTok after it's finished?
Yes! Alongside beta reading, I specialize in BookTok video creation and Goodreads optimization. Message me for a custom bundle to help your novel get discovered!
