The database search will be designed according to your research question, typically using the PICOs or SPIDER statements for quantitative and qualitative systematic reviews, respectively.

The work will include the following:

1- Identifying all applicable keywords by a thorough review of all relevant research in the literature to reach very specific search criteria.

2- Using MeSH and Emtree terms through PubMed and EMBASE to avoid missing relevant articles

3- The databases that can be searched include, but are not limited to: PubMed/MEDLINE, Scopus, EMBASE, ScienceDirect, EBSCO-Advanced Search Complete, ProQuest, Web of Science, CENTRAL, CINAHL, Clinicaltrials.gov, PsycINFO, and GoogleScholar.

Normally, there is an additional step done in database search which is called manual search. However, this step is only conducted after identifying the final included studies in your review after the article screening process. I can help you with that step once you reach the screening phase.
