Absolutely. I treat all data with strict confidentiality and I am happy to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) if required. Once the project is delivered and approved, I delete all files from my system to ensure your privacy.
Will I be able to update the dashboard myself later?
Yes! I build these dashboards specifically for you to use, not just for me to look at. I set up the file so that you can simply paste new data next month, and the charts will update automatically. I also teach you how to do this during our Live Call.
What exactly happens on the Live Consultation call?
We hop on a Zoom call (via Fiverr) where I share my screen. I will walk you through your new dashboard, explain the key trends I found, and train you on how to use the file moving forward. It is a "handover" session to ensure you are 100% comfortable.
My file is very messy. Do I need to clean it before sending it?
