Don’t stress! I’ll handle any required fixes or adjustments free of charge until your files meet the printer’s specifications perfectly.

Simply send your final edited manuscript in Word or text format. I’ll format it to meet publishing requirements, adjusting the layout, fonts, spacing, and margins for a clean, reader-friendly design. You’ll receive a professional file ready to upload to
What are commonly used book dimensions?
The most common trim sizes for standard trade fiction and nonfiction books are 5" x 8", 5.5" x 8.5", and 6" x 9".
My book isn’t in English — can you still format it?
Yes! I work with all languages, as long as the text is accurately translated and ready for formatting.
Should I send you my images or illustrations?
Yes, please! If your book contains visuals, share them in high-quality resolution, and I’ll place them beautifully within your layout based on your preferences.
Can I request edits after the formatting is done?
Yes, of course! Small updates can be handled for a nominal fee of $1 per change (minimum $10). You can also use the InDesign source file to make adjustments on your own if you’re comfortable editing.
Is cover design included in this gig?
