Yes — you'll receive an editable Word/Excel file with clear, clean formatting, and I can add your company name and logo so it's ready to submit as-is.
Does the takeoff cover engineered wood products, or just dimensional lumber?
Both — dimensional lumber (studs, plates, headers, joists, rafters, trusses) is covered from the Small package up, and engineered wood (LVL, glulam, I-joists) plus sheathing is included starting with Medium.
Do you provide board footage, linear footage, or both?
Whichever matches how you order — board footage for dimensional lumber, linear footage for plates and engineered members — with a waste allowance built into the quantities.
Is connector hardware (hangers, straps, hurricane ties) included?
Yes, at the Large Sized Project tier — dimensional lumber and engineered wood are covered in Small/Medium, with hardware takeoff added at Large.
