I will need just limited access to your seller central account. I will need access to fulfillment reports, shipments, and case logs.
What type of documents are required?
In some cases, especially Inbound shipments, Amazon demands an original invoice or BOL as shipment proof. Don’t worry, I can generate invoices on your behalf without any extra charges, however, I will need some details to generate invoices.
How long it will take to get reimbursement?
The reimbursement is a continuous process, I will file the claims and monitor them until you get reimbursed. Amazon usually does not take long to reimburse you when you fully follow Amazon’s protocols
How much money I will get from these reimbursement claims?
Amazon has different criteria for different types of claims. In case of Amazon shipment and Lost/damaged inventory in the Amazon warehouse, Amazon reimburses you for the estimated proceeds of a sale of that item. Estimated proceeds mean the estimated sale price minus referral and FBA fulfillment fee
